Immigrant Entrepreneur Hall of Fame: Biotechnology/Health Care

 

Biotechnology and health care are not only significant portions of the United Sates’ economy, these industries contribute directly to the health and welfare of its residents. Here again immigrants are making a big impact. The Public Education Institute research shows that in Massachusetts alone immigrants founded 26 percent of biotech firms.
